Grievance Redressal
Last updated: September 2026
We resolve concerns through a structured, four-level escalation process — from your assigned specialist through to India's banking regulator, if it comes to that.
Level 1
Your assigned specialist
Your concern is logged and a preliminary assessment is carried out — we may request supporting documentation. We target a response within 14 business days.
Level 2
Grievance Redressal Officer
If your level-1 response is delayed, inadequate, or disputed, it is escalated to our Grievance Redressal Officer, who opens a formal ticket, conducts an independent review, and provides a written response.
Level 3
The lending partner
For concerns specific to the terms of the financing you were introduced to — interest, repayment, charges, or recovery practices — we escalate the concern to the lending partner you were introduced to.
Level 4
RBI complaint portal
If internal channels are exhausted, you may file a complaint with the Reserve Bank of India’s official complaint portal.
Our commitments
- We acknowledge every grievance within a reasonable timeframe and begin a preliminary review on receipt.
- Resolution records are retained for audit purposes.
- Timelines may extend where third-party verification, regulatory consultation, or fraud investigation is required.
